actually I seldom ever see people that beleive like any of us do ( America, Constitution, anti Socialist etc) seperate into groups.It is only the outsiders that determine if Shelly is a Rino and Dolly is a Conserv. or Bam Bam is a Democrat, We dont really care because we like the label American. In Europe they seldom discussed the levels of people untill they seperated the Jews. They are a race most of the European countries detested because the Governments encouraged it. Later the Commie developed the workers and the members of the peoples Party. China had the Royalty and the peasants. In both those cases the rich were considered the Evil and they must be over ran. Sound familiar ? We have the poor , middle class , the higher earners and the Elite. Obama and his movement want to remove the High earners and claim to remove the poor--elite is no touchable

So with this tag system they try to break us down and by doing so they have created groups of us to try to have us go against our different groups. Just like the author of this Topic intended us to go for the throat of the Rino and most of us are saying who cares what any one thinks of a Rino. We dont even have a definition for Rino amongst ourselves--the Socialist do and can find it in wikipedia for sure. We dont care if Bill is a Rino or Debbie is a Federalist or Julio is a Democrat. Thats right we are Democrats also! Divide and conquer will not work with true Americans like us

So take your little Rino theory and go tell it on the Mountain, we dont care, if they are doing the best to thier ability to reinforce the American Way , so be it. If we think someone can do better we will elect that person. We dont care about Dynasty or name ( or if they are Rino)

To get them out of office, do it like any other - vote 'em out! In the primaries, get behind a solid conservative Republican & get his message out. When they're defeated in the primaries, others will take notice. Consistently & regularly communicate with your representatives, & influence others to do the same. We will always have representatives who need encouragement, a reminder of who "brung 'em to the dance."

Don't vote for a Rino. This is hard because a lot of voters believe that the worst Rino is a smidgen better than a flaming liberal. But if they vote like Dems, why not un-elect them? Might force them to join the Dems where they belong anyway.

Until conservatives have standards in voting, we will only have more Rinos.

Losing may not be all that bad because it gives us an opportunity to rebuild. Most Republicans who lose are Rinos anyway.

Indentify them through their voting records and vote them out. When they run for election pay attention to things like surveys and candidate forums. In fact, I think I do know where you're coming from. I agree with you more than you would think. I'm all in favor of building a wall from the Pacific to the Gulf of Mexico. Also, I've got no problem bolstering the Border Patrol with Nat. Guard. But, I think its impossible to round up 10-15 million illegals currently living here and shipping them home. It sounds too much like some middle-20th Century European plan, a la Germany or Russia. They are here and we should work hard to assimilate them into our culture, while at the same time securing the border to keep it sealed tight against future waves of illegals.

Sorry but I rather have a RINO than A DEM. McCain would have been better than Obama. Now we have to fight the majority in Congress and the Executive versus having just fought some of the Executive and the Majority on Congress. Conservatives need to stop crying about the results of the primary, and focus on having the ideal candidate hand picked before the primaries so we can fight for him before the primaries. McCain took advantage of having so many "conservative" candidates fight against each other. I would be for the American Conservative Union or CPAC endorsing one candidate before the primary. No more RINO's for Prez

This is a great subject and one we all seem to have to agonize over each election term. I would like to say out with the scoundrels, but one has to look at the particular district they are running from. Who makes up the majority of voters and there are times we have to hold our nose and vote. It is a very frustrating situation and I really do not know if the true answer is to stand tall as a conservative and bring the message to the voters and let them decided.

Right on Kristin...we should focus first on defeating democrats who will likely be 100% against our positions and governing philosophy. I would much rather have a "RINO" who supports my position 50% of the time than a democrat who never supports my position. This is particularly important in Washington as the majority party pretty much sets the agenda and runs all the committees. It is a waste of time to go RINO hunting when you are the minority party.

I agree with the strategy of defeating democrats first and then hopefully the RINO's will fall in line or be voted out. We conservatives need to make sure that they (RINO"S) know that they are on notice. We need to start emailing, calling, faxing them in greater numbers and put pressure on them to promote conservative principals. I've read in a couple or few posts the idea that since in some areas you cannot get a real true conservative Republican elected a RINO is better than a Dem.,how so? They talk like a Dem.,they vote like a Dem.,the only thing that keeps them from being labeled a Dem. is that they are registered as a Republican. What have we gained other than to water down the party? If they're a RINO,vote them out,and that of course means running someone against them in the primaries that is a true Republican. I think that you have to give people a clear choice,and why should they vote for Democrat/liberal lite when they can have the real thing? Until you show the RINOs that they will not get elected as a Republican,they will keep running and frankly destroying this party. If someone runs as a true conservative and then morphs into a liberal once in office vote them out the next time. Don't contribute to the campaigns of RINOs,and frankly until the Republican party starts taking a harder line against them don't contribute there either. It's time We the People took our party back(and so doing our country as well).
