What would you do with this website?

This website is the home of Citizens for Limited Taxation. They're the taxpayer organization in Massachusetts that passed Prop 2 1/2 and several other taxpayer friendly petitions. They have a great history of defending taxpayers in Massachusetts.

Their website is another matter and hasn't been improved...I think ever. It has a tremendous ammount of information and content for users.

Where would you start with improving this site?
What would a taxpayer organization need specifically?
How would you incorporate Web 2.0 into this website?

I would migrate it over to a Wordpress platform using a simple off the shelf template and increase the visual friendlyness and usability available with tagging and categroization. This would also ope the site to the community to contribute to.
