GIVE (HR 1388) Passes in the Senate

The Generations Invigorating Volunteerism and Education, or GIVE (HR 1388), has just passed in the Senate. This act sets aside $6 billion in tax payer funds to establish MANDATORY public service for all young adults. And please note that all church-related activities are disallowed in another section of the bill:
