Matthew--I think "they" are starting to win already.......I was so angry after the election now.....I just feel helpless. You posted this 2 weeks ago and have not gotten any responses so, I would think that others are feeling the same way. We have...

Matthew,

Be sure to read this post for a little insight on strategy, particularly with the Q2 section under Challenger, Guerrilla Marketing.

Matthew,

Does WP projects interest you more from the standpoint of collaborating with others, or are you looking for projects where you would be the principal/project lead?

Whatever you need me to do, I'm on it. If it helps, I work down in the Capitol, so I've got an inside position (a small position, but every little bit helps!).

Matthew, you can most definitely count me in in Missouri. I'll try to be a big part of the movement. Let me know what I can do.

Mathew you have some great people there in Missouri with James Knowles, Linda Ragsdale and Monica Durrwachter. If you have about 10 people interested in starting the club you should be able to do it. Don't expect too much at first and also expect that you and maybe 2 to 3 others will be doing all the work. It is just like that everywhere. We do have a best practices manual and I am sure that Monica has a copy that she can get you. Hope this helps and good luck.

Right on, Matt! I will join. I see you are from or currently live in Springfield, MO. I lived in Springfield for four years while I attended Missouri State. Its a great area?

Matthew, thanks. I would love some input. I'm kind of an old dog learning some new tricks. I'm not a total idiot but on the other hand, I'm not completely current either. I think we'll want something that will be a good foundation that we can build on as the needs of the party grow. What we have right now is almost worse than nothing. Here is the link SnoCo GOP; you'll see what I mean.

Thanks Matt, I have been somewhat involved in politics because of my career change to practicing law. I worked for a Republican operative here in St. Louis, Thor Hearne. He's very plugged in. I don't practice politics the same way he does however. I've been grossly disappointed in Bush policies and am ready to see a new Grand Old Party.

Hey Matthew, thanks for the warm welcome. Definitely keep me apprised of what I can do here in MO. I want to make sure BO's first four years are his last!
