The Time Is Now-Time For Growth

The Time Is Now

It's been a while since I've been in the whole political scene. Left it for about a year, and now we have a Democrat president elect. Crazy huh...

Our country is in a tough state and the Republican party needs to change the way its perceived by all. We are not close minded or narrow minded people. We must change that perception! We must restructure and rebuild! More now than ever!

We are the party of limited government. We are the patriotic party. We must put "Country First" as Mcain said and help fix it. We have not always done things perfect, some of our leaders have turned their back on limited government and the way our parties suppose to function. But we must become the party of the people and nows the time to do it!

The Democrats have no excuse now for any problems we might have these 4 years. Their running things.

One of the most important things we must do as a party right now is unite and reach out to Democrats and Independents. Show them who we are and what we stand for. We must get their respect and understanding of why we stand for what we stand and how that can help our country.

Building Blocks For Our Party

Building something in life is always hard. You need to plan ahead and have a visualized goal for your construction. You have to foresee what obstacles may face your building : hurricanes, thunderstorms, and maybe earthquakes. It is always tough to build a structure thats not there at the moment, a structure that has to be fabricated within thought. Vision and resolve must accompany that thought and then the smarts and networking have to appear to make that dream come to life.

So if building som… Continue

Has Social Conservatism Helped Out Our Party?

A Liberterian friend told me a while back that social conservatism was hurting our party. That it should be gotten rid of and that we should leave behind mundane arguments such as gay rights and abortion. That "evangelical retards where going to leech out whatever existed within the Republican party to a pulp."

This is a perception that others have gotten of the party thats incorrect and must be adressed. In some ways social conservatism has damaged our party. But mainly because many Christians… Continue

Rolando,

Do you have a plan or suggestion to help rebuild the Republican party?

I look forward to working with you and all Republicans to return this nation to its conservative Republican background and return those states we lost back to the right color - Red.

Virginia, Colorado, Florida, Ohio, Indiana, North Carolina, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Iowa all former Red states. How is the time for grassroots Republicans to stand up for the right and fight for the basics the GOP has stood for.

With the election of Joseph Cao in Lousianna and taking a Democrat seat, things are starting to look up for 2010.

With the Gov of IL in trouble trying to sale a senate seat, Democrates are on the ropes. Now is the time for Republican Grassroots to move as a party to share the Republican message.

Never give up, Never quit, Never fail, Always reaching, the GOP will be back.

Sorry I have not gotten back to you earlier but I have been busy. I am helping a friend build a WP MU blog. and we had a couple snags. But we have mostly got it done. And Iam also in the process of moving my blog to a different hosting service.

But I am definitely on board to help get the country and the GOP back on the right track. Hopefully we can come up with some good solutions to get all of us the Conservative side to work together and not fight against each other. We are too fractionalized right now, and the party has lost its way and have become big time spenders like the Left in this country. we need to get back to basics of Conservative thought: limited Government,Strong Defense and Personal Freedom. And I will be happy to be part of this dialogue.

Rolando, Saw your comments on a wall that you are moving up to Wisconsin. Good luck, a lot of my familiy is up there and a good number are Republicans. However they have had a dog fight on their hands for a while especially being in Daley and now Obama's backyard.

Hi Rolando!

Great pictures. I see you supported Huckabee. There is one big thing Huckabee and I have in common -- we both support the FairTax.

You should consult some Marine infantry men. They know how to take hostile fire and move in for the kill. lol
