I am a mother of a set of adorable twin girls, wife to my best friend, and a student at Western Carolina University where I have my sanity attacked everyday by Marxist professors.

Don't worry about the Palinites, they're fine. Most of them just a bit over-joyed and punch drunk at a classy lady conservative who showed a firm right-jaw when McCain's camp blew a lot of campaign opportunities, and mis-handled her badly.
If over-aggressive Palin supporters are all we have to worry about, there is no worry at all I'm concerned more with the Paulites, the Ron Paul idol worshippers who get dedicated and dishonestly drunk over his good economic stands, and his terribly stands on Foriegn Policy, trade and the obvious anti-semetism he lets leak out when confronted by things he's said all over the country in his smaller town hall meetings.
In Texas, we have a huge illegal immigration policy, and we're somewhat indecisive on certain amnesty programs. As republicans, we're pretty much Ok with some form of an amnesty program, IF and ONLY IF, the open door is shut now and immigration law is FULLY enforced, and those granted amnesty must abide by citizenship rules and begin paying taxes immediately.
That way, those, many of whom have come here and befriended US citizens, are not tossed back into the Mexico badlands by what would only look like cruel, heartless Americans.
But, if they don't shut the open door soon, require tax payment from new amnestied-naturalized citizens, and fully enforce immigration law, then we're all with you, NO AMNESTY PERIOD.
Sarah Palin is a great work in progress, we should consider her, I just think you ran afoul of some of her more radical supporters. Each candidate will have some of those I fear. The Ron Paul fanatics have given everyone here quite a headache, half of what they say and print is right out of a liberal attack-manual.
When I was in college at U of H in Houston, after a long stint at UT-Austin, I had to settle for come C- grade marks because I would not agree with both a Pakistan and an Iraqui professor that Reagan was an international sinner, and that Oliver North was a crazy 3rd-rate Lt. Colonel. I would have had A's by my own test scores, but since I did not agree with them in my written papers, I took crap for it.
So, I perfectly understand how you feel. Such lies at the University level should never be allowed to happen.
We'll win, and Barack's DNC cast of baddies will make it happen: B. Frank, Schumer, Kerry, Biden, Waters, Meeks, Randle, Dodd, Pelosi, you just watch, with no other RNC corruption targets to pick at, the liberal media and other liberals themselves will start to feed on each other, just you wait and see.
I have not seen or read anything from a "Thunder Pig", but he sounds like he has some stuff somewhere I should see!

Virginia, Colorado, Florida, Ohio, Indiana, North Carolina, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Iowa all former Red states. How is the time for grassroots Republicans to stand up for the right and fight for the basics the GOP has stood for.
The new Congress has been sworn in, but the results will be the same old agenda. Nothing new. Nancy, Harry and Barak will be feuding to see who is the boss of the Dem party. Now is the time for the Republican party to come together as the real party for change. Change to Real Conservative politics
Never give up, Never quit, Never fail, Always reaching, the GOP will be back.
