Thanks for visiting my page. I am an out of state attorney living in the Houston Area with my wife and family, where I do business consulting. My background is varied, and I have expertise in business law, taxation and management.

I hold a JD from the University of San Francisco and an MS (tax) from California State University at Hayward.

Aside from my professional work I have studied history, political science, and philosophy for many years. I am working on a comprehensive history of taxation, but never have time to complete it properly, partly because of my political interests and partly because I work for IntellectualConservative.com as Associate Editor and contributing columnist. As of December 2008 I have published over 90 opinion pieces, many of which have been picked up by other sites, including WorldNetDaily.
