William, what have you been hearing of Peter Schiff in Connecticut? He's great on economics and all things fiscal.

RENEWtv is your outlet. Your voice drives the discussion. The weekly show and online space provide a platform for Americans to discuss important issues that face the nation as well as the restructuring of the fragmented conservative movement.

Wojtaszek has really disappointed me with how idiotic he has revealed himself to be. I'm pulling for Ed Cox. I'm not crazy about him either but he looks like the better option of the two.

We should be thankful that we in the U.S. retain freedom of speech and freedom of religion; although both are constantly under attack. Keep in mind that as we allow more and more Nationalization of every aspect of our lives, we loose freedom. Our ...

Yes, it's great to see that with all of his career success he hasn't forgotten his faith. Ditto for the other Brazilian players. Especially with how insanely politically correct the world is getting.

KAKA one of the best players in the world (if not the best) has a shirt that says " I BELONG TO JESUS" He shows this shirt when he scores a goal. Thanks for posting this.

de Tocqueville added a discussion to the group Cultural/Social Conservatives
The Brazilian national team is being critisized by Eurofascists for praying on the pitch and donning t-shirts referencing God and Jesus after their Confederations Cup win over the US last week. The Federation of International Football Associations...

Why doesn't she at least fill out her term and not run for reelection next year? She would still have 2 years to campaign before the 2012 elections. If she's doing this to prepare for a run I think it's a bad move. This just looks bad.

You're playing right into the liberal media's hands by jumping on him. He cheated on his wife, big deal.

That Nick Cannon song was neat. Finally, a rap song with a good message.

de Tocqueville added a discussion to the group New York - Rebuild the Party
On Tuesday, the 16th, there will be a Tea Party-esque protest at the State Capital, protesting the exorbitant budget passed in April as well as the lack of any government reforms or transparency, despite numerous promises over the years from Democ...

I wouldn't bet on Orrin Hatch doing anything to block her. He's about as spineless as they come.

Absolutely. The education system and media are probably the two most influential American institutions in shaping public opinion. They were both hijacked by the Left years ago. We've become a country of ignorant morons ever since.

Your Support Geert Wilders Icon caught my attention. Indeed, Wilders is a man of courage and all of western civilization needs to support him!

Michael Savage Banned from Britain

Given the enormity of this occurrence, I am disturbed by the lack of attention it has received on this blog and its complete absence from Fox News (which banned Savage years ago). America's 3rd most-listened-to conservative talk radio host has been banned from travel to the United Kingdom, our closest cousin in terms of national heritage and history. Savage has roughly 10 million listeners, whom I am among, and avows mainstream American values of borders, language, and culture. For (formerly Gre… Continue

What Does it Mean to Rebuild the Party?

If ever asked to describe my politics, I tend to identify myself as first and foremost a conservative, or perhaps a libertarian-leaning conservative in order to distinguish myself from neo-conservatism. My initial reaction is never to call myself a Republican though, which is exactly what most conservatives will do. Although I am technically and officially a registered Republican, a Republican committeeman, and I try to advance my politics within and through the GOP, identifying my political vie… Continue

NY20 Debates Called

http://blogs.timesunion.com/capitol/archives/11788/amid-grumbling-murphy-and-tedisco-agree-to-debate
The debates are starting to pile up in the race for the 20th Congressional District of New York. As of now it is a bit confusing as to which debates have been agreed to by BOTH Murphy and Tedisco, but it appears as though there will at least be debates on March 24 and 26. Libertarian Eric Sundwall will also be present should he collect enough signatures to get on the ballot. The election i… Continue

The Death of Freedom of Speech in Britain

Something occurred in the the United Kingdom on Thursday that should be very troubling to any freedom loving American. A democratically elected Dutch Member of Parliament, Geert Wilders, was denied entry to the UK. The reason? Wilders has been a vocal critic of Islam and was travelling to London on an invitation from an English member of the House of Lords for a screening of his controversial 17 minute film depicting the violent nature of Islam and the Koran. As news of his coming visit began ci… Continue
