Im not a big fan of the Muslim, the ones that are not the terrorists should be doing more to spread the word of peace,in my opinion they are not doing enough.

Outstanding post, Tomb...I'm impressed...that's exactly the reason I keep coming to this site and posting here. While I still don't agree on all points, you really give a very thorough examination of the arguments... Top notch!

Muslims and the GOP

First off let me explain why I am defending Muslims beyond the fact that I feel as an American who actually wants to uphold the principals and values of Tolerance and Equality in America, I look at myself. Let me face it, I’m a Irish/Italian, Former Catholic now Pagan who has a Gay Brother. Yea, pretty much all of that strikes me away from having any inclination toward social conservatives. The later two are more current issues but hey, the situation with the Muslims and many minorities is simil… Continue

A Pagan For The Party!

http://www.religiondispatches.org/archive/religionandtheology/1907/a_pagan_republican_comes_out_of_the_broom_closet

I look upon this article with a smile on my face. For one the Republican party is once again rising up in my old state of New York and further that this situation pricks the belief that the Republican Party is the Christian Party of America like a great big red balloon. If I still lived in New York Halloran would have my full support.

Certainly we are entering an age of religious… Continue

Graham: The Loyal Opposition

Wow. I am just blown away by Graham's statements here. Thank the powers that be for a man who talks common sense! Currently my hero. He is one of the few GOP in Congressional office who has seem to made the most sense to me lately. He here is more or less taking the path we all should be taking if we want to be seen no longer as a joke party full of far right nutjobs. One that is pragmatic and willing to work with even the opposition for the good of the country and importantly the people who liv… Continue

Anti-Health Care Reformer Encourages Violence?!?!?

http://tpmdc.talkingpointsmemo.com/2009/08/anti-health-care-reform-protester-encourages-physical-violence-use-of-firearms.php

Ooook. I'm all for protest against something I don't like but advocating carrying a gun and hurting the opposition is not going to send the right signal here.....escalation after escalation where will this end? Seriously, things have been running hot, thats all I'm hearing. Maybe they need to take these town hall meetings outside for anice breath of fresh air and sanity!
