The majority of this post is valid, but I am going to play devils advocate for a moment. I am not lashing out @ any1 or belittling the opinion of others, just want to fill in a hole or 2. Fell free to retort on my comments as they r just personal ...

Napolitano makes more sense than most anybody out there. Newt G. should be making a 2012 run. Had a little brain storm. How hard is it to get a referendum on a state ballot? What are the chances of imposing a tax on campaign funds, say 20%, think...

It's just an old school cable and bell crank with hydraulic assist! Nothing too fancy. the general aviation planes they are producing are more advanced than the airliners in some cases! Better living through technology.

author? I been talking a bit about LLiam Fergeson because the book he wrote "war of the world" (think thats proper title) dealt with the pre WW1 and earlier crap the eventually brought about WW2. the paralell to today is insane, different names but the reality is all the same. real hard to read because its all point blank facts and figures

I'm not a lawyer, but as far as I understand...yes. But, someone would have to challenge the statute in court.

You asked if SCOTUS could enact CCW law across the country? No. The Supreme Court doesn't make law. (Or at least it's not supposed to.) However, the House and Senate could.

Lisa, Ahh, Main Stream Media, of course. You'd think with as much as I complain and work against them, I'd have that anachronym down pat.

The Jews you refer to in charge of the MSM, are actually no such thing. The Jewish owner-operators of 2 of the big three, have never been Israel-aligned Jews, and not even very supported by any Jewish Community in the nation.

I'm not sure if you are aware of that. The guys over at NBC are the same ones that supported OJ Simpson for far too long a time, and supported the maneuver to not vet Obama about Wright, Flagler or Farrakhan.

I think you might be a bit off on who actually owns the big 3 and there is no Jewish ownership whatsoever at CNN.

FYI.

BTW, no one will boot YOU from here, your discourse is always welcome, unlike that idiot Paul Metcalf below. What a liberal hack he is.

The objective is that most of us here, actually get together on a regional basis, discuss what reforms the GOP platform needs and then plan to take that to our leaders, or lack thereof... LOL... The objective is to unite as many as we can, under a better GOP approach, and make sure whatever candidate comes of the rebuilding process will deliver after elected.

Don't let Lex worry ya' Kit. We've generated some great meetings and topic in-person discussion times in Houston with this site. There are only a few obvious DNC shills here, and 2 of those four have moved on out.

I was a little surprised to see Johnston here. He did not strike me much as a Republican.
