Memorable Quotes

"The powers delegated by the proposed Constitution to the federal government are few and defined. Those which are to remain in the State governments are numerous and indefinite. The former will be exercised principally on external objects, as war, peace, negotiation and foreign commerce."

James Madison, Federalist No. 45

To Rebuild the Party

I wholeheartedly applaud efforts to heal the fractures within the party through healthy debate. We are Republicans for one reason or another. There will always be ideological division within the party. We lost the last election cycle due to debate being cut off. We were all told to shut up and rally around the anointed candidates. If debate on differences were attempted, labels came out. It is my humble opinion that ostracizing the grassroots is not the way to create a unified coalition.

Michael,

Do you have a plan or suggestion to help rebuild the Republican party?

I look forward to working with you and all Republicans to return this nation to its conservative Republican background and return those states we lost back to the right color - Red.

Virginia, Colorado, Florida, Ohio, Indiana, North Carolina, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Iowa all former Red states. How is the time for grassroots Republicans to stand up for the right and fight for the basics the GOP has stood for.

With the election of Joseph Cao in Lousianna and taking a Democrat seat, things are starting to look up for 2010.

With the Gov of IL in trouble trying to sale a senate seat, Democrates are on the ropes. Now is the time for Republican Grassroots to move as a party to share the Republican message.

Never give up, Never quit, Never fail, Always reaching, the GOP will be back.
