As an entrepreneur and employer of many young people, the one thing the Republican Party lacks is the ability to connect with young people. They are ideologues of the Democratic Party's message and they don't even know why. Republicans to need to reach the young voters as did Obama in the past election. Furthermore, the party needs to reshape some of it's beholden special interest voters to capture the centrist & independent voters along with the young. Eric Continue
