The self-proclaimed architect of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks Khalid Sheik Mohammed and four other TERRORIST SCUMBAGS will stand trial in a federal CIVILIAN courtroom down the street from the site where the World Trade Center's twin towers once stood.
Has Obama and the Socialists finally proven that they have a sinister agenda of bringing America to it's knees, or are they simply just a bunch of incompetent knuckleheads incapable of good sound government ?
These terrorist maggots are going to get a FAIR trial with 12 jurors of their peers ( got to have some muslim ), civil rights, miranda rights, free propaganda and the chance to go free right in front of our own very eyes. This is exactly what the terrorists want, THEY HAVE WON !
Khalid Sheik Mohammed himself told the interrogators ( before he was waterboarded ) that he was "only going to speak when he is on trial in New York City", he knew his rights. Everything he told interrogators will be disallowed in court, it is that simple.
On trial will be the intelligence community and the methods ( water boarding ) used to gain valuable information to prevent numerous terrorist acts on our people around the world. ( all information or confessions are of course not allowed in court )

On trial will be EVIL AMERICA and the horrible things that we have done around the world over the years.
On trial will be the inhumane treatment of those poor innocent Muslims being held in that Gulag in Guantanamo.
On trial will be the justification of the attacks on 9 / 11 and why we deserved it.
On trial will be The Bush Administration and the methods it used to keep us safe from terrorism for 7 plus years.

Of all of the boneheaded moves that this administration has made, this has got to be the most insulting and degenerate act of incompetence that I have ever had the displeasure to observe as a citizen of this country and it is with a heavy heart that I fear for our country, the consequences and the repercussions resulting from this CIRCUS that we and the rest of the world are about to witness are nothing next to the damage that we are going to suffer when we cannot protect this country in the future...........................

Attorney General Eric Holder told the Senate Judiciary Committee that he expects to direct prosecutors to seek “ultimate and most uncommon penalty” for self-proclaimed Sept. 11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed.

But his tough words have been met with a vehement response from committee Republicans, who warn that his decision to try Mohammed in New York is a fundamental mistake, legally dubious and dangerous to the city.

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), who had been asked by the White House to not speak about the decision to try Mohammed in federal court, broke his silence Tuesday, telling Holder his decision is “a perversion of the justice system.”

Graham, a former military lawyer, said “we’re making history and we’re making bad history.” Holder would not commit to Graham where a prospective trial of Osama bin Laden would be held. Graham asked why it would be any different than Mohammed’s trial.

“I’d have to look at all of the evidence,” Holder responded.

“You’re a fine man,” Graham said. “I know you want to do everything to help this country be safe but I think you’ve made a fundament mistake here.”

Testifying before Sen. Patrick Leahy's (D-Vt.) committee, Holder insisted that Mohammed’s trial in New York will not give him “more of a platform to spew his hateful ideology.” The judge will have "firm control" over the conduct of the trial.

“I’m not scared of what Khalid Sheikh Mohammed will have to say at trial — and no one else needs to be either,” Holder said.

Holder, however, did concede that those being tried in New York could have also been prosecuted in military commissions.

“At the end of the day, it was clear to me that the venue in which we are most likely to obtain a justice for the American people is a federal court,” Holder told the committee.

Senate Minority Whip John Kyl’s (R-Ariz.) interaction with Holder was the most contentious. He asked the attorney general how the justice department thought a civilian trial would produce a better result when Mohammed said he’d plead guilty and ask for execution in a military tribunal.

“He will not select the prosecution and venue,” Holder said. “I will select it and I have.”

Sen. Jeff Sessions of Alabama, the committee’s top Republican, cited the bevy of opposition lining up against Holder’s decision, including Sept. 11 Commission Chairman Thomas Keane.

Sen. Herb Kohl (D-Wis.) was the fieriest Democratic inquisitor of Holder, asking him what he would do if prosecutors failed to obtain a conviction.

“Failure is not an option,” Holder said. “These are cases that have to be won. I don’t expect we will have a contrary result.”

Kohl shot back: “That’s an interesting point of view. And I’ll leave it at that.”

I don't know if it will or not - it's already becoming a circus. These terrorists are not US citizens, did not commit a crime - they perpetrated a terrorist act. That this administration does not or will not realize this is dangerous.

Maybe all of you are right, Obama's administration must think that we are guilty of crimes against Islam, why would they do something so outrageous and destructive to our intelligence capabilities ?
Why give the Islamic terrorists propaganda in a show trial sure to inflame anti-American attacks on innocent Americans.
This trial should also take away some of the coverage from the Fort Hood massacre which is not a bad strategy if you are trying to keep your record clean as the administration that has kept America safe from terrorism.
Maybe that is why the White House and the mainstream media don't want to label Hasan's terrorist killings a "terrorist act" because that would mean that it would have happened in Obama's watch..................

This what they said they were going to do regardless of the destruction it causes and they dont care about the consequences, the bottom line is that they think that we are the bad people and we must be punished for our crimes.
