It’s Sad when the Commerce Secretary slot is a Boobie Prize
So President-elect Obama has selected New Mexican Governor Bill Richardson as his nominee for Secretary of Commerce. Nothing against Bill Richardson individually but considering that the Democrats were screaming “no experience” regarding Governor Palin, it is hard to believe that President-elect Obama can submit this nomination with a straight face. Bill Richardson has ZERO experience in business and has never built, worked or I believe, even received a paycheck from a for profit corporation. Bill Richardson was given this nomination because Senator Hillary Clinton received the position he really really wanted which was Secretary of State. So here Bill, pretend you know about business during a racking economic downturn.
