Greetings everyone. Today, is my first day as Executive Director of RebuildTheParty.com and I am really excited to roll up my sleeves and get to work over the next couple of months. I'm from the northeast (Massachusetts) and am used to some pretty rough political terrain. New England Republicans are used to trying new things on low-budgets and so we tend to be a creative bunch utilizing new media to our advantage.

As you know, RebuildTheParty.com has exploded thanks to your interest and dedication to Growing Our Party. The RTP community is now advancing to the next level. It's a real honor to work in this capacity over the next couple of months and dedicate myself to this Party on a national scale. There is a tremendous amount of talent and energy among this community and I hope to effectively utilize all of you to advance the Republican Party. In essence, I will be working for you and you are my boss so feel free to email me at rob[at]rebuildtheparty[dot]com. Each one of you has a piece of ownership in this initiative and I can't wait to serve you. We are off to a great start and we will work together to expand our core of 7,000 plus members to 15,000 plus members before the RNC election to make a big impact. As you know, almost all of the candidates for RNC Chair are supporting the 10 point platform.

As RebuildTheParty.com states front and center, we are strengthening and modernizing the Republican Party. I imagine you have already endorsed the plan, but if not, you know what to do. Spread the word among your network and encourage them to sign on as well. Did you read that last sentence? Send the plan to your network and encourage them to sign on. Only with a strong collective voice will we succeed in strengthening and modernizing the Republican Party. The building has begun.

OK, 5 of 6... Who are they? What do they stand for? How are they different from what came before?

Rebuilding usually starts with a bit of demolition... Where is the dumpster?

I want to see what has been discarded before I commit any effort to slapping a fresh coat of paint on a crumbling foundation and rickety old walls.

We in the Northeast are already a one party region. This is not democracy at all ! New York State's GOP is extremely weak and has been so since the end of the Nelson Rockefeller years. With the exception of a couple of candidates, the rest running on the GOP slate for Governor, Senator, and other offices have turned out to be sacrificial lambs. Can't we do better than this ? How have we allowed once strong GOP states such as VERMONT and NEW HAMPSHIRE slip away from us ? How have we permitted VIRGINIA once a reliable Republican state in presidential elections go for OBAMA ? These are very important questions for us to ask - as a party. We need a far better organization and desperately need to attract younger candidates. We can no longer afford to nominate a Mc Cain or a Dole - no matter how much we happen to like them. Please let us start asking these serious questions and see if we can map out a strategy from there. Thanks.

Congratulations on the new role. It's probably been said here already a few times but we'd love to engage with you on twitter especially in the #TCOT feed.

Welcome Rob, let's rock & roll!

Hey, we used to be the minority in TN - now we're the majority. In miilitary terms, Republicans are guerilla warriors in places like MA. Using tools & material frugally, think of what can be done with more. Let's get back & use the tools to spread the message of conservative Republicanism!

I have read and reread your article Robert and I still can’t find a plan. I see a lot of campaigning in the article but no plan. A plan needs an out line, details of all points, and an implementation schedule. No matter how hard I look, it just doesn’t seem to be there. How about outlining this plan to us point by point? How can I endorse a plan that is not spelled out clearly?
