TERROR SPITS IN THE FACE OF JUSTICE

The self-proclaimed architect of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks Khalid Sheik Mohammed and four other TERRORIST SCUMBAGS will stand trial in a federal CIVILIAN courtroom down the street from the site where the World Trade Center's twin towers once stood.
Has Obama and the Socialists finally proven that they have a sinister agenda of bringing America to it's knees, or are they simply just a bunch of incompetent knuckleheads incapable of good sound government ?
These terrorist maggots are going to get a FAIR trial with 12 jurors of their peers ( got to have some muslim ), civil rights, miranda rights, free propaganda and the chance to go free right in front of our own very eyes. This is exactly what the terrorists want, THEY HAVE WON !
Khalid Sheik Mohammed himself told the interrogators ( before he was waterboarded ) that he was "only going to speak when he is on trial in New York City", he knew his rights. Everything he told interrogators will be disallowed in court, it is that simple.
On trial will be the intelligence community and the methods ( water boarding ) used to gain valuable information to prevent numerous terrorist acts on our people around the world. ( all information or confessions are of course not allowed in court )

On trial will be EVIL AMERICA and the horrible things that we have done around the world over the years.
On trial will be the inhumane treatment of those poor innocent Muslims being held in that Gulag in Guantanamo.
On trial will be the justification of the attacks on 9 / 11 and why we deserved it.
On trial will be The Bush Administration and the methods it used to keep us safe from terrorism for 7 plus years.

Of all of the boneheaded moves that this administration has made, this has got to be the most insulting and degenerate act of incompetence that I have ever had the displeasure to observe as a citizen of this country and it is with a heavy heart that I fear for our country, the consequences and the repercussions resulting from this CIRCUS that we and the rest of the world are about to witness are nothing next to the damage that we are going to suffer when we cannot protect this country in the future...........................

Perez, I got the impression you have little exp w/ the US legal system. Read The secret history of the American empire Perkins and maybe U will understand the illegal crap US companies get away w/ that don't make the headlines. Some would call it evil. This is one issue we disagree on.

My first reaction was pretty much the same as yours.

But what too many more conservative commentators are missing is that two things stand in the way of using military tribunals on all the terrorist "suspects": the Supreme Court and the U.S. Constitution.

Our own Supreme Court has stalled and discredited the military tribunal method initiated by the Bush administration and one of the fundamental tenets of the Constitution is due process.

Continuing down the military court route, which has a very poor record so far, almost certainly invites Supreme Court opinion, and perhaps, further delay and dead ends.

Oddly, KSM and his cohorts are probably much closer to their just ends in American courts than otherwise.

The reason the administration can be so sure of a conviction is because the terrorists went on the radio immediately after 9/11 bragging of their plotting in great detail. None of their "confessions" over the radio are in any way tainted by any "enhanced interrogation techniques" because they were offered completely voluntarily.

I think as a matter of course, detailed explanations of complex crimes (war crimes or otherwise) creates a pretty open and shut case for the prosecution.

It's also possible all 5 to be tried in NYC will plead guilty...and be sentenced exactly the same way they would if a trial had found them guilty.

Also, I don't think the terrorist jihadists need more motivation to direct their bloodthirsty efforts against the U.S. - a mad dog is already infected by rabies...you can't make the animal any more viscious than that. I think they are already as hateful, vidictive and violent as human beings can get.

So if KSM is getting closer to his just desserts, I am generally in favor of any method that brings that disgusting human waste closer to what ever part of hell he is going to be residing in after his execution.

Don't worry, the jury will be stacked and the same kangaroo court that presides in 5% of cases that do go to trial will come shining through. Most will have lost a family member due to an unjust war or even from the false flag operation that dragged us n2 war. Of all the propaganda people like U, perez, buy into why start doubting now? It would be great if "evil america" as U put it, were to go on trial. But lawyers have a way of preventing that, IT DON'T WORK LIKE ON MATLOCK, AND ANYONE WHO THINKS IT DUZ IS A REAL MORON!!! If ur from the D.R, where are u getting "we deserved it"? The majority people in the towers are of the same ilk that forced the bank bailout, and are by NO MEANS innocent. I get the strong inclination U have never set foot in a US courtroom, my comment on goldwater will give insight as to who will be seated in the jury. And as statistical a minority as muslim are, one might make it too the courthouse but the AG will never allow them a seat on the jury. Unless of course he is well paid by the state and his job rest on his verdict. Stop kidding everyone here ur just blowing smoke up their @$$es to try and get a reaction. PS no one in the US gets a trial by their peer, unless of course they work for the state.
