Hi Shelly - You mention sugar beets? What about sugar made from sugar cane? Is that from them as well? I simply cannot give up sugar! I love baking too much. As for the Round Up, my husband is paranoid to use that type of stuff, anyhow. Therefore, I am always pullin weeds while my kids swim in the pool - ugh...anyhow, a very interesting post. Thanks
