Not in finance, even though I wish I did. I'm a software engineer, what about you?

Yeah the photo was taken on the night of the SC Republican Primary. My wife and I drove to Columbia to give Dr. Paul a hug.

Glad to hear you got out of that socialist snake pit.

I'm probably the only Hoosier NOT interested in basketball. I did shoot a basketball once....... never did figure out how to cook it.

Mitch Daniels is a fellow Marine, and he says all the right things, but his actions and motives belie his intentions. Andy Horning would have made a far better Governor of Indiana, but since he was a third party candidate, he didn't have a chance.

As for myself, I am not a Republican. I'm a conservative. But, since there is no conservative party, and the GOP USED to be conservative, that is the way I have voted most often. I will do my part to restore the GOP to its conservative base no matter what, so long as it is legal and honorable. I have no use for politicians; let's put statesmen in office to serve We The People and eliminate the crooks and liars. Incidentally, that narrows choices down to about 5 percent of the population....... too bad.

You made two statements that put my hackles right up. Mention of the Peoples democratic socialist republic of Bloomington, and the very idea that Mitch Daniels is a hero. You'd better find out fast what his true goals are. The only thing that can save Indiana now is a restoration of sovereignty over the Corporate State of Indiana.

Great Taft picture.

Thanks for adding me Rosk, our state party has a long way to go to rebuild from the disasters of the Taft administration, but it's a very doable road given the failures of the Strickland administration to make things any better, or at the very least stop them from getting worse.

Hi, I’m Katie, I’m new to Rebuild the Party, but I am so excited about Sarah Palin, and really just ready to help further the conservative agenda! I have been really active in Team Sarah, and just found this site! I’m looking for ways to get involved. Every day I mark it down on my Sarah Palin Calendar, so that at the end of the year I know I did everything I could possibly do. I just think having a calendar with a cause reminds you ever day to do something proactive!

I agree with your comments on my wall. I would also add "limited govt" as a basic tenet we can and should agree on.

Rosk,
Welcome to RtP.

I look forward to working with you and all Republicans to return this nation to its conservative Republican background and return those state we lost back to the right color - Red, especially OH.

With the election of Joseph Cao in Lousianna and taking a Democrat seat, things are starting to look up for 2010.

We need a real grassroots effort here in Ohio to form a loyal opposition just as the democrats have for the last 6 years. If we begin now, we can make a very needed difference for even 2010. We must come together as republicans and excite those ready for some common sense and pro growth Reagonomics! Very excited to work with you here for the Ohio movement!
